Where is everything made?

Milan and Porto — eleven specialists across two ateliers. Cashmere from Mongolia, silk from Como, wool from Biella.

Do you have a physical store?

The archive store is at Rua das Flores 91, Lisbon. The ateliers are by appointment only.

Do you discount?

Never. We'd rather re-stitch a piece than mark it down.

How long does shipping take?

3–5 business days standard, 1–2 express. Full details.

Can I return a sale piece?

Items marked “final sale” at checkout cannot be returned. Everything else has 30 days.

Do you offer made-to-measure?

Yes — by appointment in Milan, Porto, and Lisbon. Allow 6–8 weeks.

How do I care for my pieces?

Each garment ships with a printed care card. In general: dry-clean tailoring once a season, hand-wash knitwear in lukewarm water, brush leather monthly.

What if I need a repair?

Every LUXE piece carries a lifetime mending guarantee. Write to atelier@luxe.example.
