Every season we begin with the raw material: a mill in Biella, a flock in Inner Mongolia, a hank of silk from Como. The cloth dictates the cut, never the other way around.

Our story
A maison rebuilt from the cutting room.
LUXE was founded in the autumn of 2018, in a two-room flat above a tailor's shop on Via Solferino. We had four sketches, two pattern-cutters, and a stubborn idea: that the considered wardrobe was not dead, only sleeping.
Seven years on, our team has grown to eleven specialists across Milan and Porto. We still make every piece by hand. We still release four times a year. We still photograph each garment once, and let it live in the archive forever.
We do not chase trends. We do not discount. We do not produce more than we sell. What we do, instead, is make clothes the way the great houses used to — slowly, locally, and with intention.
02 — Atelier
Eleven hands, two cities.
Our garments are made by eleven specialists across Milan and Porto. We pay above union scale and publish the cost of labour on every product page.
03 — Editorial
A library, not a catalogue.
We release four times a year, no more. Each piece is photographed once and lives in the archive forever. Last season's pieces are not last season's pieces.
A short chronology
Seven years, a few addresses.
- 2018
Founded above a tailor's shop on Via Solferino, Milan. Four pieces, no website.
- 2019
First atelier opened on Rua das Flores, Porto. The Maison Trench debuts.
- 2021
Cashmere supply moved to a family co-operative in Ulaanbaatar. Fully traceable.
- 2023
Archive store opens in Lisbon. We never discount; we re-stitch.
- 2025
Autumn 25 — A study in weight and proportion.
