We ship from our atelier in Milan twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Every order is hand-folded, wrapped in unbleached tissue, and sealed with a wax stamp before it leaves us.
Rates & transit
- Standard — 3–5 business days. Complimentary on orders over $300, $15 otherwise.
- Express — 1–2 business days. $35 worldwide.
- White-glove — In-person delivery in Milan, Paris, London, NY. By request.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. Other destinations available on request — write to atelier@luxe.example.
Duties & taxes
Orders to the EU and UK ship duty-paid. Orders to the United States and elsewhere are delivered DAP (Delivered At Place); duties and import VAT, where applicable, are payable on delivery.
