We want you to live with our pieces, not regret them. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.
How to return
- Write to atelier@luxe.example with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.
- Repack the piece in its original tissue. Pop it in the post.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.
What we cannot accept
- Pieces showing wear, alteration, or laundering.
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Made-to-measure or monogrammed pieces.
Repairs
Every LUXE garment carries a lifetime mending guarantee. Loose seam? Pulled thread? Send it back; we'll re-stitch it free of charge, forever.
